1 cup coconut cream
3/4 cup tapioca flour
3 tablespoons coconut flour
2 eggs
pinch of salt

1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth.
2. Heat a non stick pan with coconut oil.
3. Pour a small amount of mixture into pan, it should resemble the size of pikelet.
4. Move the pan around so the contents spreads and become thinner and more like a crepe.
5. Flip after a few minutes
6. Place any filling in the crepe you wish - bacon, banana, maple syrup, go NUTS!
